The Penbrook. This 2 story plan has 3 bedrooms which include a large master bedroom with large walk in closet and private bath all of which are located upstairs. Also located upstairs is a cozy loft area for extra living and playing space. Downstairs you will find a cozy family room tucked away at the back of the home for family gatherings. The kitchen and breakfast areas are open to each other and a bar from the kitchen is open to the family room. There is also a powder bath located off of the breakfast area for convenience.
