Directions from Charlotte/I-85: Homes shown by appointment only. I-85 North to exit 49 (Concord Mills Mall), make a right at top of the ramp onto Bruton Smith Blvd. Make a left at the first traffic light onto Weddington Rd, right on Pitts School Rd, right on Clover, bear left to stay on Clover.
Directions from I-485/Charlotte: I-485 to Exit 33. North on Hwy 49 for 3.6 miles. Turn left on Roberta Road. Go 1.5 miles to Pitts School Road. Turn left and travel 4.5 miles crossing over Concord Parkway. Turn left on Clover Road. Bear left to stay on Clover Road. Turn Right onto Dockside Lane.
Directions from Concord: Hwy 29 South to Pitts School Road. Turn right on Pitts School Rd. Turn left on Clover Road. Bear left to stay on Clover Road. Turn Right onto Dockside Lane.
Directions from University Area: Take N Tryon (Hwy 29) past Charlotte Speedway. Road changes names to Concord Parkway. Continue north until you reach Pitts School Road. Turn Left on Pitts School Road. Turn left on Clover Road. Bear left to stay on Clover Road. Turn Right onto Dockside Lane.
