There is a 2% funding fee (which can be financed) and there is no monthly MI. There is however a family income limit that varies by county. The program does not have a minimum FICO score requirement. However, if the borrower's score is less than 620, they are only allowed to have 1- 30 day late installment and 1-30 day late revolving account during the previous 12 months.
