The Edison floorplan is an end unit with a side door entry. The first floor features a large living and dining area open to the kitchen, as well as a bedroom and powder room. The second floor has a loft, a large owner’s suite and third bedroom, both with walk-in closets. A fourth bedroom may be substituted for the loft. Two car garage and covered lanai are standard for the Edison.
