Ryland Homes would like to offer special incentives, in addition to current promotions, to employees of local companies. Employees of participating companies will receive up to $4,000 * in free options or additional closing costs PLUS a $1,000 * donation will be made to a pre-selected organization of your company's choosing when you close on your new Ryland Home. The amount of the promotion is determined by the base price of the home and equates to 1% off.

The discount amount is determined by the base price of the home and is equal to 1% off.
For each Employee Partner Sale, a $1,000 donation will be made toward a pre-selected organization once the home closes and funds.
Program may not be used with Guarantee Buyouts, I-Nest or Realtor™ co-op. There can only be one source of sale.
Program applies only to new sales and must be disclosed at the time of contract.
This program is in addition to any current promotions available.
Buyer must provide proof of current employment by presenting a pay stub at time of contract.
Program does not apply to friends and relatives of the Community Partners, only to actual employees.
Incentive amounts subject to change without notice as deemed necessary by Ryland Management without prior notification.

*Amount is determined by the base price of the home and is equal to 1% off, with a maximum of $4,000. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with a Realtor co-op, Guarantee Buy, I-Nest or other referral program. $1,000 donation will be made once the home closes and funds.
