Treeline - Executive Collection
The Treeline community is developed on the former Treeline Golf Course in Tomball, TX. The Ryland Models will be open the end of May 2008.

The 120-acre development in Treeline will have a unique country club feel from the moment you enter the gated community. Special initiative was taken during development to preserve the beautiful trees that were prevalent on the golf course and surrounding areas. The recreation center will feature a resort style pool, splash pad, playground, as well as an upscale meeting center.
The community will have 322 oversized home sites with the majority of the sites containing some of the original trees from the golf course. The annual HOA dues for Treeline are $800 and the tax rate is 3.22%.
Ryland will be building on 65 and 75 foot homesites. In the 65 foot homesites, Ryland will be building the following plans: Inglewood,Crawford, Trapani, Prestwick, Rossano, Verona, and Pinehurst. We currently build the plans in this series in Long Meadow Farms, Shadow Creek Ranch, and Gleannloch Farms. You can view the plans listed above via the internet or in person in the communities noted.
